YOUR STEPS TO SUCCESS
Welcome to Market Leader! Your broker has decided to leverage the power of Business Suite to help you take your business to the next level. We’ve compiled a checklist for you so that you can ensure you are taking the necessary actions and learning the techniques that will help you to use Market Leader Business Suite effectively. These steps are divided into two main sections: Set-up & Customization and Fundamentals. Please complete both sections below.
SET UP & CUSTOMIZATION BASICS
1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- Once you receive your welcome email from your broker, with your login and password, click on the link in the e-mail to be taken to your website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click Admin Login.
- Enter your username and password and click Login.
- Click Admin in the top menu and complete the set up steps in order below.
2. CUSTOMIZE YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS
Select the My Account tab and do the following:
- Ensure That Your Correct Contact and Marketing Information are Displayed on Your Website and Marketing Materials
Select Settings in the left menu. Review and edit each section. You can also add a photo of yourself that will appear on your website and your marketing materials. For step-by-step instructions view the Customize My Account video tutorial.
- Tell the System How You Want to Be Notified When You Get New Leads and New Emails
Select Alerts in the left menu. Add up to three text message and/or email alerts to notify you immediately when you get new leads and new emails. For step-by-step instructions view the Add Notification Alerts video tutorial.
3. SET UP YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE AND WELCOME EMAIL SO NEW CONTACTS GET A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION
Select the Email tab and do the following:
- Customize Your Signature on Email Messages
Your email signature text is added to any email messages that you send manually or messages that are automatically sent to a contact. (Emails sent from your Marketing Center do not include this signature.) Select Email Signature in the left menu. For step-by-step instructions view the Customize Your Email Tab video tutorial.
- Customize the Default Welcome Email Sent to New Contacts
Customize the automatic email that is sent to contacts that register on your website, as well as contacts you manually enter. Select Welcome Email in the left menu. For step-by-step instructions view the Customize Your Email Tab video tutorial.
Now that your website is setup, you can learn how to use this powerful system to work with your contacts, respond to new leads, and keep in touch with your sphere to increase your business. These fundamentals are the first step to familiarizing yourself with the system to better manage your contacts and your business.
4. ORGANIZE YOUR CONTACTS AND LEADS

6. LEARN HOW TO ENGAGE LEADS EFFECTIVELY
- Quickly Respond to Inquiries with the Initial Contact Wizard
